Sausage Potato Casserole





This is really yummy! Everybody here at the cottage loves this! It's pretty simple to make too. Here's the recipe. We love it!


Sausage Potato Casserole


1 pound ground sausage ( we like George Jones brand, but Bob Evans brand is good too)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

5 or so med. potatoes, cubed with peels on

2 C shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 C milk

Seasonings to taste whatever you like. I use garlic powder, salt, pepper, and italian seasonings

Non stick cooking spray

13X9 baking dish


Brown sausage, drain grease. Add soup, milk, and seasonings. Then add potatoes mix until well coated. Pour into sprayed dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is melted.


That's it. Pretty good!
