The Holiday Season has officially started! I am so excited, it is truly the most wonderful time of the year. We have spent the last few days here in the Cottage decorating and cooking. We go to my brother's for Thanksgiving, but then on Black Friday we cook our Thanksgiving dinner ( so we can have leftovers) and put up our Christmas decorations. As soon as I have tweaked everything here and there I will post pictures. It has been a great weekend! We have had a lot of family time, which is always nice. The house looks so Christmas cozy, I. just. love. it. I am hoping to get a few more projects done too. The weather has been pretty decent.( It is raining today ) So I was able to get some spray painting in yesterday. I painted a little ladder I got while thrifting, I painted it red (sorry no pics though) so the elves can reach the tree.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. And a super weekend too. I hope you were all safe if you went out on Black Friday. I heard it was rough out there in some places. As I mentioned, we don't go out for that anymore. We used to. Crazy how the meaning of Christmas gets lost. Let's all try to remember what is really important. Enough soap boxing. Have a great week.
